Hey Guys, I need some feedback regarding this watch. Similar to the SA, I like the 49mm big size diameter but really don't know much anything about this watch in terms of performance of the Caliber 14, its popularity, and resale value, etc. Any iinput would be greatly appreciated. thnks. :D

The B14 movement is based on the ETA 2892 movement which is a very smooth and reliable workhorse that's been around since the 70's so there's not going to be any inherent issues.

In terms of popularity, then I wouldn't worry about it. Ultimately you'll have to be one who wears it, so as long as it's popular with you, that's all that counts IMO. Personally speaking I don't like the rubber bezel and it irritates me that it's called a Chronomatic despite the fact that it's got a right hand crown.

Resale-wise? Standard advice goes here - i.e. all Breitling watches (and 99% of ALL watches) depreciate like lead bricks once you buy it. If you are looking for something to hold substantial resale value, my advice would be to forget about watches altogether.

Thanks for all this info, Driver. :) I'm trying to chose between this and the Navi World but the same as you, I hate the rubber bezel on the Chronomatic 49. It kinda cheapens the look of what would have been a beautifully designed large watch.

Yes Roff. :cheer: I just needed a truthful 2nd opinion from the knowledgeable Breitling experts here instead of the sales guy at my AD who just wanted a SALE. :D
