When I bought my Chrono Colt II I did not receive the yellow hangtag and I did not receive a bezel protector. I purchased my watch at Tourneau. Is this normal that they don't give them to you and if I want them should I contact Breitling or Tourneau?

Not sure about Tourneau, but a number of ADs don't give them out - especially bezel protectors (in fact they don't always come from Switzerland with them).

Not a big deal, but you can ask an AD or BUSA if it's bugging you.

With my first, the AD kept both the tag (a yellow one at the time) and the protector, probably threw them away when I left the store.

With the second, I put both away while he was adjusting my strap.

But, as Roff said, no big deal actually.

My first Ling came with a bezel protector but no tag. My second Ling came with a tag (black) but no bezel protector. As others have stated, it's not a big deal. These are the two items that are not crucial when it comes to packaging - everything else is something you would want to make an issue out of, but not these. If it's personally bothering you, that's something else, but I can tell you from personal experience they will just sit there with the rest of the packaging, and won't make a lick of difference in terms of how you enjoy your watch. Since the lack of them won't affect resale either (unlike with the rest of the packaging), personally I don't see the point in bothering to obtain them.
