hi, i ordered a Breitling GT bentley 5 weeks ago from watchfinder. they were the only people who would guarentee that Breitling would honour the warranty, and they would give me a discount. (they buy a few at a time from official dealers, get them to stamp the card and pass on a discount. thats the theory).
i wanted blue dial, so they said has to be specially ordered from B, 4-5 weeks delivery. that was 6 weeks ago.
should i be worried? are they scammers? they dont return calls or emails, and i'm always promised someone will call me back within 24hours, but they never do.
my experience with them so far has been less than satisfactory; has anyone used them before?
maybe they are just really really slack.
any input greatfully recieved!

If they already have your money I'd start taking the steps to get that money back. As far as I'm concerned, a company should not be taking your money until the item is shipped.

Andy, don't forget there is a postal strike here in the UK, that might have something to do with it maybe?

Literally, the same exact thing happened to me. Had to get a refund for the money I put down. Lesson learned: Don't go through Unauthorized dealers. They're shite.
