Recently my watch was stolen and I am looking for any guidance on how to make sure that should it ever resurface in the market, it finds it's way back to me. Any thoughts on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

You should post pics/serials/description of the watch here, so we all know what to look for. I assume you have the paperwork for it with the serial number and other pertinent info?

Are you in the US or Canada? You should call BUSA or Grigoros Canada who distributes Breitlings and provide them with the watch s/n.

This is what I did for my CA.

Thanks everyone for the advise so far. I have been in touch with BUSA and need to fax them a police report so they can update their files.
Here are the specs for everyone's reference.

Crosswind Special S/S with Graphite dial and silver subdials
Reference # A4435512/F502
Serial # 487518

My wife (now ex) left the garage door open and the door into our kitchen unlocked one Saturday night. The thieves came into the house while we slept and made off with the lot.
Sad thing is I rarely removed the watch from my wrist. It just so happened that I cleaned it the prior evening and left it on the counter next to the sink.
