I had ordered an Aerospace Titanium with blue face several weeks ago. I never heard anything so I stopped by the AD. They had no record of the watch being ordered from Breitling, although they had a record of my payment. I had paid the full amount on a card at the time. They said they would re-order it and make it up to me with a watch winder, (I have two already) but I just had them reverse the charges out. I'll get something else, somewhere else. I might have poked myself in the eye on that, but I really didn't want to mess with them anymore. Would you have re-ordered and accepted their gift? |

I would have let them reorder it. Everybody makes mistakes, and even though it sucks big time that you had to wait, at least it wasnt a huge deal. If they messed up on something again though, id move on. |

Why would they think you would want a winder with your Aerospace? Better off giving you the money off the original order. Right to go elsewhere - they were happy to take your money but not bothered about putting your order in. |

I agree - a winder on that one? I'd probably take my money back and look around, before giving them another shot. |
