Hi Guys, have recently purchased a second hand wings automatic - but with no instruction manual. The watch operation is easily understood - but on the outside ring of the dial there are increments of 10 round to 100. Can anyone give me any idea what they mean?

It just breaks the hour down into hundredths, no real practical purpose for most people.
