Can anyone tell me how to clean my watch to get it shining again without damaging it?

I have minor scratches on it just from everyday wear and perhaps some dirt build up I guess?

I don't want to have to send it out and would rather do it myself if I can.

Thank so much! :)

Plenty of threads on this, search can help you out.

Cleaning won't remove scratches - that's polishing and a search for cape cod or sunshine cloths will show many, many topics. Similarly, for cleaning many people use a soft toothbrush with diluted dish soap or Simple Green, but again search will show the many varied approaches.

If it's highly polished use Cape Cod Cloth.
If it's brushed use Scotchbrite pads.
