Hi all,
Newbie here with new SuperOcean in blue dial. Love the watch so far. I do have some questions that I hope you all can help with...

1. The date change occurs at about 11.57pm. Is this normal? Should it be closer to midnight?

2. The manual winding of the watch feels a little tight and takes some effort. Is this also normal?

Thanks to all!

Sorry. Not sure how to add photos directly onto the post. So added the above link.

1. How much closer to midnight can you get? Seriously, given the engineering tolerances etc. 3 minutes is pretty damn close - don't worry about it.

2. Yes that's ok - it'll no doubt get easier as the watch wears a little - again, don't worry about it.

Welcome to the forum by the way - and where are the pics????

Agreed with both sportback and alien13. I have an Omega that changes the date at 11:58, and my Avenger Skyland begins to change at 11:57 and then quickly switches over at 12:00. I wouldnt be too concerned over it.
