I have a SS Avenger Seawolf; the bezel now rotates both counterclockwise and clockwise (no clicks). Just noticed today….anyways I purchase 10/20/2009 from George at Govberg (Great guy).

I actually pulled out the warranty card thinking it was out of warranty, to my joy I was surprised. That being said the last page has the ref/serial numbers and the imprints of the certificate number and dealer “U.S.A. Radcliffe”, not Govberg. Again really doesn’t matter I see Radcliffe is another east coast dealer and I’m sure Govberg and them trade inventory as needed. However reading the fine print it says the sales person signature is required and the second to last page where the dealers address and sales person signature are blank. Does this really matter for warranty work if salesperson sig is missing if other details are correct?

I emailed George but, I’m being impatient

It's not uncommon for it to be missed, you should be fine.

Just sent mine in under the warranty and they honored with no question even though no signature.

You should be fine.

The owner of Govberg is also part owner of Radcliffe so it's not uncommon for them to use inventory from each store.
