Hey all. So this is the first time I've wore my SA in over a month. Usually I set my date, than the time. But when I tried changing the date. Its stuck on the 19th and tries to go over to 20th. I gets half way and stops!! I've tried winding it and nothing. The time and everything still runs on it. Just the date. Anyone can help would be awsome ! Thanks |

Well do not under any circumstance use the quick set date. If the date doesn't advance by winding time forwards then it needs to go to Breitling for attention. It's likely a bent / broken tooth on the date change wheel which in most cases is caused by use of the quick set in the danger zone. |

Icic. So in other words I should always forward the time to change the date? And very rarely use quick set? |

No, now you should use the time to try and change the date because the quick set will damage it if it hasn't already. Normally you can use the quick set date outside of the danger window of 8pm to 3am - just like it says in the manual. |

Hey Roff. Where do I send the watch to? Anyone in Canada or does it have to go to busa? I live in thunder bay and the closest ad is in Winnipeg. Thanks |

Thanks It needs to go to the Breitling Service Centre on Hayden Street in Toronto, contact details on the Breitling site and I would phone them up first and let them know that you are sending it. |

I'm new to luxury watches and when I bought my Super Avenger used, it didn't come with the manual so I was unaware of this danger zone for date changing. Just out of curiosity, would something like this covered under Breitling warranty since it is damage caused by the user? |
