Hello all, its been a while since I have posted, but wanted to ask the collective a question. I recently sent in my Emergency Diamondworks for its first service (it is an older watch and was never sent in) and have just been notified by the AD that it is back from Breitling. The AD tells me that there is no charge for the service--does that sound right? I am happy to hear that the service was done gratis, but surprised and, honestly, a little skeptical. I don't want to walk in and then be hit with a large bill... Anyone else ever hear that the first service for an Emergency is free?

If you know the caller on the phone from your AD go for it be sure to quote him on it too. He's/she's stated it's free so go for it. a quote is a quote as is a deal...and businessman would keep to that. :D

Emergency and Emergency Mission have a first free service to encourage servicing of the transmitter.
