Hi, new to this forum, so apologies if this has been raised before. I'm seeking a titanium avenger seawolf , yellow dial on a pro 2 bracelet. Have found one used model (2008) in the UK , immaculate condition for £2200. alternatively, 'Motion in Time' based in New York have are listing an unused model , which works out cheaper based on the exchange rate. I'll be visiting the city next week so can check out the watch. My concern is that the store in America looks to be an independent non-authorised store and although online reviews of the store are mainly positive, there are several very dissatisfied customers. Any thoughts would be gratefully received as this would be my first Breitling

If you buy from a non AD then you will likely not have any warranty, so not worth it in my opinion unless it's a seriously better deal. Also, consider that when you take the watch back to the UK you will either need to declare it and pay taxes and import duty, or commit a criminal offence.

Try contacting Banks Lyon or Andrew Michaels (links at the top), both are UK based ADs who sponsor the site and may be able to help you out.

IMO £2200 is pretty steep for a used one. Obviously being a dealer, you'll be lining their pockets in the deal, but you do have some comeback.

Fantastic piece though, substantial, but not overly clunky due to Ti. Hope you find a nice one :D

Thanks for the sound advice guys- i contacted the guys at Andrew Michaels and received unbelievable customer service. The result is that i will take delivery of a steel avenger seawolf tomorrow, sold to me brand new at a superb rate. This wouldn't have been possible had i not ventured onto this site. Can't wait for the watch!
