Post subject:  Breitling Clasp Logo

I have just bought a Breitling deployment clasp and I am unsure if it is the real deal. I already have one from a AD and the Breitling logo is raised. The one I am unsure about is not raised but stamped into the metal. The qualty is the same as my AD clasp and so I was wondering if it is perhaps an older model. Has Breitling ever made a deployment clasp with a indented/stamped B wing logo?

It looks just like this one, although going on this one's price I would say it's fake. http://www.cseagate.com/?mod=product&ca ... ct_id=1192

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes the one with the indented logo is just the older version from a couple of years ago.

The deployant in the link you provided is probably fake, based on price. The genuine ones retail for several hundred. However, as Driver pointed out, the stamped logo was legit a few years back. They switched to the applied/raised logo maybe two or three years ago (if memory serves). So, if the stamping is your only reason for concern, you're likely OK.
