Has anyone used the Breitling leather care kit? I was wondering if its worth getting?

I don't think that they sell it - just another freebie.

I have the cream, but it's so small I've never used it - just use other regular leather care products in more user friendly sizes.

My guess would be it's just a regular leather care cream / cloth that you end up paying a premium for on places like eBay because it has a Breitling logo on it.

Never used the Breitling version, but you can't buy them anyway - as Roff said they're freebies. I use Autoglym car leather seat cleaner and cream. Works a treat and replaces the natural oils in the leather. If it's good enough to work on car seats which undergo serious temperature extremes behind the glass, then I figure it's good enough for my straps.

(Disclaimer - Autoglym has worked OK for me, but I'm not guaranteeing it will for everyone. Use on your own straps entirely at your own risk!)

My thoughts, too.

Would you leave the watch lay after the treatment for, say, a few hours, so that the cream can have it full effect on the strap and "dry up" before wearing it again?

At least that's what I do with my leather seats.
