I recently had my Chonomat Evolution brushed by a reputable person (according to a few forums). When I got my watch back, the bezel wasn't quite aligned perfectly. So I removed the bezel to re-align the inner click spring. The bezel is now aligned, but I noticed that the inner spring had a kink or bend behind each ratcheting point. Is that normal or should the spring be perfectly flat (with the exception of the ratcheting points of course)? Thanks! ![]() |

It's normal. The spring is slightly octagonal (or whatever it'd be called with more sides!), not a totally smooth ring. |

Very nice...I think I might like that better than the standard polished version. |
