Definitely not good. The crown is unscrewed, which might indicate someone was trying to use the quickset in the danger zone.

On a somewhat related note, I was checking out a watch at Costco the other day. It was out of juice, so I wound it up. It wouldn't start, so the sales associate started shaking it, then started winding the hands backward and forward when it was in the danger zone. It finally started, but not before the guy abused it. I thought about saying something, but I just made a mental note not to buy the watch. I wasn't seriously considering it anyway, but there's no way I was going to buy it after that. Makes me wonder how many other watches at Costco are subjected to similar actions by associates who have no idea what they are doing.
