We have all done it.... Those dirty little secrets. Those errors of judgment. The things we blush to admit.

Well I'm coming out.

The other week I thought I would put the BB+ back on it’s bracelet. It was an evening call and I thought I would make the job easier by breaking down the bracelet from the clasp (so much easier to use the 6767f).

Learn from my mistake.

I was tired.
Attached the clasp end to the UTC. Tarnation, no spring bar slots to enable me to compress the bar.
Panic? No, Large G&T yes.

I asked our experts Roff and Driver8.

Advice came back and I took it into my Bath AD Mallory last weekend. This morning I picked it up, all sorted but at a ridiculous cost.

NOTHING!

Many thanks to Roff and Driver8 and to my Bath AD Mallory.

What did you think I was going to tell you…?

From the title I thought you did something weird with your BB in a bathtub.

I'm glad that wasn't the case.

couple weeks ago i took the bracelet of my crono cockpit and shot the spring bar across my unorganized basement/ wood shop,/reloading station. took me over 4 hours on the floor moving inch my inch to find it. ooh i started the project at 2100 so needless to say it was a long night.
