I can get a decent deal on an Avenger with stratus silver dial (stencil numerals). Originally I had my heart set on the Super Avenger with hurricane white dial (stencil numerals) but they practically won't budge on the retail price. How much different are the dials? Is the stratus silver a cream dial as it looks on the website or more of a white/hurricane white like the super avenger? Does anyone have any real time pics of the new avenger w/ stratus silver dial?

Can't help you with real world pictures, but get another AD - discounts are available on the SA.

Here is my stratus silver Avenger. The face is silver...and has a cream color to it in certain lights. It looks great on any brown strap, but is NOT anywhere near the same color as the hurricane white of the SA. Hope this is helpful.

@ Roff, the problem is that I have a store credit at this particular AD. My fiancees parents bought me a steelfish xl, and I returned it for store credit since I had the sa in mind for a while now. I'm in a bit of a pickle on this one.

I told the store owner (His son anyways) that any AD will give at least a so and so discount no questions asked. He said noo no I don't usually give any discounts on any watches bla bla bla.

If I didn't have the store credit with them I would have told him to place the watch where the sun don't shine.

Update: I ended up going back to the AD and keeping the 2010 Steelfish 44mm. It is a sweet everyday watch, and will be great daily for me. I also sold my Tag Heuer GC 17RS today. A few hours late i was at La Swiss and placed my order for a hurricane white super avenger on ss bracelet. They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse.

btw, if anyone in the GTA is looking for a Breitling (especially a Chronomat Evo) contact La Swiss fairview. The prices are unbeatable right now for some reason. I would have grabbed one, but it looked small on my wrist for some odd reason.

Hi, im also looking for SA. The best price i got from an AD is 3500 with tax. Is this a good price or can i get it lower? Last year i bought the Navitimer World for 5100 with the steel band from the same dealer with retail at 6700.

I've had my stratus silver Avenger for a week. What an awesome watch. I wasn't sure about the silver face but I'm loving it more each day. It has that bold style but yet the polished silver stensiled numbers on the silver/white face gives it that touch of class. I like the split chrono face with the pin stripe left half. I'm a proud new Breitling owner.
