Post subject:  Question for Roff or Driver Regarding Chronograph Second Han

Guys,

I have a B2 with a chronograph second hand that now re-sets at about 57 seconds after instead of right at 60/0. I'm not sure whether to be concerned since the watch still keeps very good time. What is your take on this situation?

Thanks in advance for any insights that you might have.

Check that it resets to the same position all the time, regardless of how many seconds have elapsed. Easiest check is to have it reset before 30 seconds and after 30 seconds (as the hand always resets taking the shortest route).

If it always resets to the same point then it is likely a case of needing to be repositioned, but the watch may well aslos be due for a service if it hasn't already had one.

Thanks,

It has been re-setting to the same position after various run times. Some additonal facts that may indicate that it just needs to be repositioned:

> I bought the watch in 2008 and it consistently re-set right on the 12.

> Last year it was sent to BUSA for service. It came back and I noticed that it was re-setting just a little bit before the 12.

> About a week ago, I was showing someone the chronograph function when I noticed that it re-set where it is re-setting now.

Any additional thoughts?

It probably is just the hand that needs resetting.
