Well I took a trip into the city and stopped into the breitling boutique, and all I can say is wow. The B04 it amazing it has an tremendous appearance on the wrist at 47mm. The gmt hand really pops. If anyone is in the area I would recommend you take a trip there and try it on!

How does it wear compared to your SA?

It wears about the same, I think it sits higher off the wrist thought. Thr weight felt somewhat heavier. I was blown away, it will be on my wrist oneday.

 Heavier and slightly higher than an SA?! Jeez, I absolutely WON'T be buying one of those then!

If not heavier and taller than the same as the SA.

I knew what the OP meant, but I did think it was funny that he was talking about trying on a caliber, rather than a watch. As more of Breitling's in-house movements and calibers make their way into more models, hopefully people will get in the habit of calling the models by name, rather than movement, or else a lot of people are going to get confused.

Well stating a new 47mm gmt b04 I thought everyone would understand I was talking about the Chronomat GMT, sorry I became one of the "people" that call it by the caliber.

When "people" refer to the B01, most of us know they're talking about the Chronomat 01 (soon to be renamed the Chronomat 44, evidently), because it was originally called the Chronomat B01, and was the only Breitling model to feature "B01" in the name. The Chronomat GMT doesn't have "B04" anywhere in the name, so some might not make the connection that easily. Like I said, I knew which watch you meant, but obviously not everybody did. Actually, based on its title, I thought this was going to be a thread about the Caliber 04, and only realized you were talking about the Chronomat GMT when I read your post.

Well thank you so so very much for educating me on this matter... I don't know what would happen if someone came into a thread that was somewhat misleading. :D

Probably just wonder what the f*ck you're talking about, like 69hdfl. But that's his problem. As long as you know what you mean, that's what counts.

I actually thought you misspelled B4B. But then when I read 47mm I realized that you were talking about the SuperChronomat.

Hmmm...Super Chronomat. Has a nice ring about it. Well why not - if a big Avenger is a Super Avenger, why not have a Super Chronomat? And, as Koz said, the two are comparable in size and weight.

Anyway I like the watch a lot and I would love to know what everyone else thinks once they get a chance to wear it.
