It has the in house movement which is why there is a cost premium, and that's discussed on a number of threads here - just use the search function. Any new watch will have huge depreciation when it's no longer new - you can likely get a 20 - 25% discount from an AD and it will only be worth around 55 - 60% of list if you tried to sell it the same day. This one won't be better or worse than any other.
The Montbrillant has historically been less popular because of its size, the 01 is a little larger, but it's still not a big watch (40mm).
