Post subject:  Registration BUSA

I recently returned from a vacation to the Caribbean where I purchased a Chrono Superocean. I was informed by the sales manager that the watch would be registered with Breitling Switzerland as an international purchase, but I could bring it to any AD at home for service etc. I contacted BUSA upon my return and asked if I could register my CSO and my SO II (purchased 7/10) with them. The girl said that I could not do so as the models I purchased were not in their USA database. Kinda bummed as I am growing my collection and would be interested in the goodies that may be sent my way from BUSA. My question is if Breitling Switzerland will recognize my loyalty to the brand for my purchases?

Do they even know I exist?

Thanks all. :lingsrock:

Hello,

Sorry, but in France and Europe there are no goodies from Breitling after a purchase by Breilting itself, even if you tried to get registered with them.
Perhaps from your AD, he could give to you some goodies he had from Breiling, but it's really the case.

Goodies are welcomed in some other countries (UK, Canada & USA...)

P.s. I bought the watches in USVI. Doesn't that make it a purchase in the USA??

No.

BUSA send gifts for purchases of watches distributed through BUSA. If you don't buy a BUSA watch then you don't get a BUSA gift.

My first two Breitlings were purchased OCONUS (#1 USVI and #2 Nassau). The third was purchased in CONUS. Too bad for me because my official "Ling" count from Breitling USA is ONE.
