Can a separate bezel be purchased to exchange with a Motors T bezel? Does Breitling even offer them separately. Just wondering if it is possible to change out and how difficult it is to do.

Some bezels are self replacement, but I wouldn't want to try Bentleys due to the gearing - Aeromarine / Windrider are much better. Other than the standard Motors T bezel, the bezel from the regular Motors will fit.

I have a Motors T that I put a regular Motors knurled bezel on. I love the brushed/satin finish on the Motors T but sometimes prefer the knurled bezel compared to the engined turned bezel.

I don't think that Breitling sells them. I just happen to find one on ebay. The seller said it was from a gt 6.75. I assumed that the person selling it put on a diamond bezel.

Initially I had the AD swap the bezels for me. After a few months I swapped I back my self. It's easy to do. The screws on the side of the bezel are the only things holding it on.

I'll post some pictures later.

Here is a link of a thread about the same topic. It has some photos in it. Mine is the black one.

I am about to buy a Motors T Speed. Does that mean that the only bezel I can get as a replacement is a Motors Speed or 6.75 Speed bezel or would the old Motors work? Thanks. This possibility makes me even more excited about my pending purchase.

I haven't checked out the speed versions, but the older versions were interchangeable. Since the speed versions are fairly new, it may be a bit difficult to find an extra bezel. When I was looking, my AD said that they couldn't get me one, but maybe they just didn't want to be bothered.

Good luck with your purchase. I like the new motors T speed version better than mine. The silver around the sub-dials and the red accents are really nice.

Peter -

You previously posted that the bezel size remained the same for the Model T Speed from the original. Did you ever confirm? If so, the original Motors bezel should still work. If the bezel size changed, then I might need got find a 6.75 speed bezel. Let me know if you know either way for sure. Thx

I was speaking of the non-speed versions. Those were all interchangeable as the cases were same. I'm not sure about the speed versions.

It looks like the new 6.75 speed bezel is wider than the original. The Motors T bezel on the other hand looks like it remained the same. I haven't handled any of the new versions so I don't know for sure.

I believe that the motors bezels are all interchangable. Where the small "b" is you will see a few tiny screws for you to remove them. I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself though bc if you do slip up there might even be a stratch on the bezel although you can buff it out you wouldn't want any marks or indentations you know?

Thanks. I confirmed the old motors bezel works with the Motors T speed.
