On another thread someone mentioned the first service on an Emergency being free. I've never heard of that. Is that true with other Breitling models as well? What if I'm not the original owner but bought within the warranty period? Greg |

First service on those is free regardless of whether you are the original owner or not. |

The first service on the Emergency is definitely free, I've just received mine back. Initially my AD said it can take around 12 weeks but in the end it was about 4 weeks. The also re-finish the watch too which is a bonus. The recommend a service every two years for the transmitter, I'd left mine go 3 years  .
