Breitling for Bentley has lined up a new, exceptional chronograph on its starting grid. Named the Bentley Barnato Racing in honour of the Bentley Boys, it is set apart by its unparalleled performance and resolutely innovative design. The hand counters have been replaced by unique disc counters, displaying the timed period in minutes and hours with two red triangles. The pierced shape of the silvered discs evokes the steering wheels of the famous Bentleys which won the Le Mans 24-hours five times. The 30-second chronograph measures circuit times to the nearest 1/8 of a second. The rotor, inspired by the rims of the new Continental GT, provides the COSC-certified movement with maximum energy. A unique configuration in line with the philosophy of the Bentley Boys: to race for honour fired by a taste for challenge.

The case, in stainless steel, or in 18kt rose gold (limited edition of 500 pieces) measures 49mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 100 meters.

Movement is the Swiss automatic Breitling caliber 25B with 38 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 48 hours. It is COSC-certified as a chronometer.

Dials are available in black or silver.

Too large for my tastes, but... the silver rotating 'steering wheels' for counters are different (seconds sub-dial might look neat continuously rotating) and the rotor/display back is kinda cool.

Now that shows some innovation. Disc style indicators have become popular recently so Breitling's not exactly leading the trend, but it's obviously new for Breitling and I think it looks good. The display back is always a good sign and the rotor is also a nice touch, although personally I would like to see it a little skinnier so that more of the movement can be seen. Also a shame that it's not a modified B01 movement.

Don't see it becoming part of my collection, but I think that it's a good development applied fairly well.

That's quite nice. I prefer the silver dial to the black version as the subdials on the black kind of remind me of TAG for some reason.... not sure why.

Like Roff I would've preferred to see a 30 second chrono modified B01, but that rotor looks really great!

Can't see myself buying one as I already have a Motors and a 6.75, but a nice addition to the Bentley stable nonetheless.

Good job on this one Breitling. It's a purty one - if not a little large for my taste.

Too big for me, but I do like it nonetheless. Definitely the silver dial over the black.

The white dial looks a little too much like a regular Motors to me - with the regular hands instead of the discs it seems to lose some of it's uniqueness.

Very nice job on the rotors and I like that it has a DB but I prefer the current Motors dial to these two.

That rotor design is cool. I wish the B01 would have had a unique rotor, something skeletonized would be cool. I like the dial layout also. This one is a pretty nice model, IMO. Albiet not unique enough for addition to my collection.

That will be dated in a few years...Making the rotor look like a car rim?

I still don't care for this whole Bentley association.....

Nice but a bit too big for me. Looks a little similar to other B4B offerings, but nonetheless it is slick
