Hello Breitling Fans
I am planning to buy a seawolf ss and would like to have your opinions about it.
Is it a sturdy watch? How about the bezel action? Does it have firm and solid clicks? Is there any kind of play in the bezel? How about the crown action? Is it sturdy?
I am comparing it to the UTS 3000m and want to know which is more tougher?
UTS 3000m has some technical advantages like:
1-ceramic ball bearing for the bezel to resist any kind of wear.
2-the movement is screwed to the case for better fixation.
3-The crystal is screwed to the case.
So does the breitling seawolf be able to compete with the UTS 3000 in toughness ?

Well, at the extremes I suspect that the UTS may win out, but it's a fairly academic discussion. In any real world situation the Seawolf will be fine - the human body will fail first!

And given a choice between the UTS and a Seawolf, well, that's a pretty easy decision for me.

i have always liked the uts in pics, but never seen one in the flesh.
you cant go wrong with the seawolf, the bezel is thight and precise, the crown feels solid.
its a tough and beautifull watch. my pics dont do it justice at all.

I own the s.s. seawolf, the watch is plenty tough. the bezel is tight with no play, the crown is also verry sturdy. Everything about the wolf is top notch, but its not something i would buy to beat up. it does have high polished case and A.R. coating on both sides of the crystals so they can be scratch fairly easy. it all depends what you are useing the watch for. in terms of look you cant beat the Seawolf!!

I own an SS Seawolf with yellow dial. I absolutely love the look of this watch. I will say it is a beast of a watch. If you want a watch with "presence" then I would definitely recommend it.

Thank you all for your oinions about Seawolf, I appreciate a lot.
But if any one had tried both the seawolf and the UTS 3000m, may share us his comparison between these 2 watches.
I like the apearence of both and they both fit me well, But I want to know which is technically better and which is more tougher?

Never tried the UTS but love my Seawolf. Big, sturdy, good looking, and comfortable. Gets compliments all the time. I bought it on a Diver Pro rubber strap but changed it to a burgandy Breitling croc strap, a bit out of the ordinary for this watch but a great looking combination. I have since picked up a Diver Pro II and an Ocean Racer (currently on the watch). Right now, it's my favorite.
