I finally pulled the trigger on a beautiful white Super Avenger with batons today. I tell you the hardest part of of this purchase was to decide which one to choose. The AD had four versions on display, which really made my decision quite difficult (Black with batons, black with numeric stencil, white with batons and blue with numeric stencil). As I tried on the different colors on my wrist, each one of them exuded it's own distinct characteristic and I loved each one of them. At the end, I decided to pick up the one I wanted from the get go and am extremely happy with my purchase. My next purchase will definitely be another Super Avenger with the numeric stencil with the black dial and silver sub dials.

would love to see a pic. i considered a SA with black dial and stenciled numbers and silver sub dials, but it's a bit too much bling for my sensabilities. still think the SA is the bomb though, if you have the cohones to wear one. congrats.

Congratulations! I bought that very same one last month! The SA is so comfortable you're gonna hate removing it. I have my sights set on the black/silver as well. Maybe later this year?

That's an excellent choice!

I had to make a similar choice last year and went with the same exact configuration for my SA as you did.

Even though of it's size, it wears very comfortably!

Seriously ? Blue croc ? Can you send me some pics ? That's the strap I was pricing yesterday. Was wondering how it would look on my SA !!!

Thanks for the kind replies folks. Just took a picture of the SA. It has such amazing wrist presence. Makes me not want to take it off. I've read about some folks discussing the weight of this watch and how heavy it is but I think that it is perfect, at least for me.

The funny thing is I already started searching for straps to mod my SA. Man what an addiction!!!

Best of luck to you! I have the Black SA with batons and black sub dials. I'm amazed at how comfortable the watch is, It truly fits like a glove. I have pretty large wrists to begin with and am now finding that I cant fit the watch under my shirt sleeve when wearing a suit. Gotta find some new shirts now....but then again thats a small price to pay for such an awesome timepiece! Enjoy it!!!

Don't get started on straps. That can be just as expensive as the watch itself ! The Blue Croc one that I want , with the clasp is going to set me back a cool grand. Not to mention the 3 Straps I already have !
