I have seen some people talk about "full lings" and "half lings" and I wasnt quite sure what that meant. Do some people just buy the Breitling watch face and other different components of the watch so therefore it isnt a full Breitling?

A full ling is a breitling with a case diameter of at least 46mm. An example is the Super Avenger.

For the record this is slang that I have only seen used here on this site. Not saying it is wrong or bad, but I wouldn't go using it at my AD or on another forum and expect people to know what you are talking about. But thats me and I guess I just don't get it or find it funny. Who knows...

definately only something that is used here, started by user acceldebt. not only is a full ling a breitling with at least 46mm diameter, but it must be on a bracelet.

Admin,

OK maybe tomorrow night I'll demonstrate how the Full Ling has helped my dexterity. And Sportback I didn't give you any Hell about the 6.75 but you deserve it for those Police Station wall clocks you have been strapping to your wrist lately. Get another Full Ling or one of those great Zenith models and I will congratulate you again.
