Hi, so I have my SA on a wolf 2.5 watch winder which turns 900 times a day and was thinking about getting another 1 for when my Seawolf comes. I took notice that 900 rotations a day seems like alot and being that I wear a SOH everyday the other 2 would stay on watch winders almost all week. Is this bad? Can the watches kinda get over wound and mess up the insides? Also it is conveinent that they stay set but if i only wear the SA & Seawolf a couple times a weak is it better to just leave them in a draw and set them when I wear them? I figured maybe its unnecessary wear and tear on the internals of the watch. Lastly I might of heard some wear that winders are actually good cause they keep all the parts moving and running smoothly? . . I know im a fanatic and look really deeply into things :geekfuman: , just wanna be safe than sorry lol

There are countless posts about this topic. Use the search function, and you will find more info than you thought possible on winders.
