So as many of you know I have been waiting to take delivery on my silver dialed navi world. Well SHE HAS ARRIVED And I must say it was a stressful wait! :D
I ordered the watch months ago and George did everything he could to get me this asap(big thanks to George).

So hears my quick stressful experience...
George called me early in the week to give me the heads up that my watch was being shipped and it takes about two days to arrive to his shop. I was all excited and I told him there was no rush and to ship it when it arrives... In the meantime George knew that I was going on a business trip this past Thursday and I really wanted to bring the watch along. He guaranteed me that I would have it by then which made me happy! Two more days go by and he calls me and tells me the watch for some reason didn't ship when he was initially told. He ended up getting it in on this past Wednesday and knowing that I was leaving e next day he would overnight it to guarantee delivery by 10:30am, which I had to leave for the airport by 10:45am at the latest. I woke up very excited of course like a kid on Christmas morning and couldn't stop looking at the clock and window... Well 10:15 rolls around and there is still no watch, meanwhile I didn't where my chronomat eve to work because I obviously planned on only bringing the World. I call george and he tells me FedEx is having problems with shipping and I am the most unlucky person in the world :D ...I told him theta I would give it five more minutes and if it doesn't come I have to leave to catch my plane to Florida. Five minutes go by so I left pissed and miserable because now I have no watch and I felt naked(come on we all feel that way with out a watch on :D ). AND THEN IT HAPPENS.... My phone rings and its the lady from FedEx and she says your package is still in our facility in Fort Washington, PA. I immediately asked well can I pick it up since I have to pass fort washington to go to the airport? She said that wouldn't be a problem and she will have it waiting for me!

I'll tell ya what... Talking about cutting it close! Now I am the proud owner of the World and it made my trip to Florida much better. I couldn't stop looking at it on the plane :D

I will be sure to post some great shots first thing Monday morning for my fellow breathing bloggers!

It's funny to hear about the things we do for these watches.

That's a happy end to a long story and even longer wait period.

Congrats and wear it well.

And keep your promise on those pics

WILL DO! Just crazy busy right now :D

During my trip I must have had at least one compliment per day from random people. Not quite used to all the attention since I didn't get NEARLY this much when I where the CE :D
