Hi all,

Purchased a new 6.75 from local AD. Unusual color around the bronze dial so differs from the normal white surround. Anyway pics below. What do you think? Bracelet now on so looks even nicer but keen for opinions on the face.

Nice watch! Are you saying the white slide rule bezel part surrounding the bronze dial is not the regular white?

Yes it is a weird color that is a sort of mottled brown. In some lights it looks terracotta others purple so really nice effect.

I love that watch! In fact I was talking recently about buying a bronze dial one myself.

Not seen an effect like that on the white slide-rule part before though. :huh It looks almost MOP, but I've not heard of that as an option.

Thanks buddy, the salesman wasn't sure whether it was a customer order or just came out of Breitling like that. I will post pics of it on the bracelet as it looks even better.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
An incredible watch! My favourite of all the Bentleys. There is one at my local AD, with a steel bracelet, which I actually tried on. However, with my recent acquisitions, a Steelfish and a Blacksteel, it is out of the question. The one I mentioned also has a bronze dial, which is my favourite.
Enjoy!
Cheers,
Carl

Oh god, why do people have to keep posting pics of these great watches!?!?!?! All it means is that I get a rush of blood to the head, get tempted to go and buy one and then spend the next few weeks hiding it from my g/f, so that when she finally notices it, I can say "What, this old thing? Oh I've had it aaaaaages!"

A truly beautiful watch indeed!

I like this one. Especially with the bracelet!

Let's see how this reads on the Bling-O-meter......

:bling:

Yep, it's gotta a lot o' bling!

Congrats on the new timepiece!

Great watch! Congratulations!

Seems really a bit extra to have a brown-ish touch to the slide rule bezel. :)

Had the watch for over a month and getting pretty peeved at people saying that the inner bezel looks pink. So I managed to pick up an original Breitling white standard white bezel.

Question is does anyone know anyone in the NY area who will change it. It looks pretty simple to me as there are only 4 screws but I dont have a screwdriver small enough.

Any ideas to the experts out there?

I've had mixed feelings about most of the Bentley line but I really like the new ones. I think the color of the bezel makes it even nicer, who cares if people says it looks pink :P
