My Breitling deployment on my Older Super Ocean is a tad bit loose. It is very easy to pop open. Any chance it is an easy fix and can be made to hold a bit tighter???? THANX |

if you go back to the AD were you bought it from they may be able to fix it for you fairly easy. |

If it's a case of the clasp not satying shut then I agree with boogiebot that you'd be better off popping to an AD. If the strap was slipping in the deployant then that's a much easier DIY fix, but the clasp not staying shut is probably best left to the pros or else you could ruin it yourself. |

You can try shortening the effective length by slightly bending the single solid piece of the deploy. Bend to increase to increase the curve slightly. |

I've read this suggestion before and it seemed to work. Your's is a better and more concise explanation. it's what I do and it takes two seconds. The same trick works with Rolex clasps and other folding clasps. In essence, the two pieces either meet perfectly, or one piece hits a little too soon (short) or too late (wide). Bending slightly one side or the other can adjust the pressure clasp to whatever closing pressure you want. Taking it to a watchmaker will just lose you a few bucks for nothing! Tom |

Thanx It worked great! Small incremental attempts are the way to go though. It was all in all an easy quick fix that took all of about a minute. Thanx for the responses!!! |
