Ok..It just be me... or it could be a uk thing. But how mush does you watch insurace ammount you?

I went into my insurace company, bearing in mind that I have a lot of other watches.. but whne i mentioned that i wanted to add my ling on to the list, the ling costed me £25 a month to insure

Again just wondering what the general concensus is..are there any special companies that deal with wathces only?

Oh my ling is Chrono Evolution, mother of pearl and diamonds.

Regards

M

I can't help with a good insurance company as they are all the same in terms of charging like wounded bulls for adding watches as named items.

Maybe better for you to save the cash and invest it in a whopping big safe instead!

I have 2 Beitlings, a Tag, Our Wedding Rings, wife's engagement ring, and my football championship ring all insurced for about 9 dollars a month.

When I added my last Breitling 3K retail it cost me 2 dollars a month.

$0 - approximately

My household policy covers all contents up to a total value (based on percentage of the value of the home) as long as items over $1,000 are specifically listed.

This discussions has come up on here a few times before and the consensus seems to be that there is no consensus. There seem to be huge variations between companies and markets.

We use Hiscox insurance for the house contents....don't need to specify any items under 5K gbp, covers my watches nicely though anything over 5k replacement cost needs to be specified.
