What size screwdriver to unscrew a Super Avenger bezel?

Post subject:  What size screwdriver to unscrew a Super Avenger bezel?
Just wanted to know what size screwdriver I will need to unscrew the bezel on a Super Avenger?

I ordered a 3.00Carat diamond bezel for my SA and would like to install it myself.

Will a Burgeon 1.6mm (same as the one to change links on the Pro 2) work on the tiny bezel screws?

I dont remember either, but 1.6 sounds about right. Just be careful as Fear suggested, and if the screw doesnt come loose easily, tighten it and then try again.

1.6mm fits, but from memory I don't think it's a perfect fit so be very careful not to damage the head. Also, don't remove the screws completely from the bezel, just loosen them, and be careful not to damage / lose the spring that's under the bezel.

I am going to suggest you do not do this.

My understanding is that the bezel screws are 'Locktite' sealed, chances of damaging your "beautiful" new bezel are high.

Ive removed a bezel many times and never had a problem with screws even coming the slightest bit loose. Either way, you can always add your own Loctite if you want. I never have.

After this last time this came up, I tried it and I'm happy to report there haven't been any issues with screws coming loose. It's actually a pretty easy job and there is no better way to get access to the case/chimney for some Cape-Codding.
