Ladies and Gentlemen, I would love to hear your opinions on the latest blog to be posted on the Andrew Michaels revamped web site. http://www.andrewmichaels.co.uk/amj/bre ... h-in-space I can edit this whenever I like so if there are any inaccuracies or things you would like me to add then please feel free to comment. I will happily give photo and text credit where it is due. Also, is this type of blog of any interest to you? I intend to write a few more on the history and heritage of Breitling. I am also looking to write a lot more reviews. Some that are not Breitlings but that are models that are carried by Andrew. In this way I can borrow them so that I can photograph them and write a real world review, as I did with Andrew's personal Emergency. I have an article half-written on the Spring Drive, including the Space Walk, which Andrew has one of the very few for sale. I'm particularly excited about getting my hands on this awesome timepiece. Any ideas for future blogs are very welcome. Finally, I would like to apologise for how long it has taken for this site to become live. At present it is read-only but we are hoping to allow members to participate in the very near future. Cheers, Rick. |

I tried adding the blog to my reader but it said it was comments which was empty. I tried a few ways and Google Reader usually manages to work out the RSS feed. Do you have an actuall RSS URL? |

Great read-- had no idea about the history behind this model before now and it was really interesting! I really love the 24 hour dial, it's good to know its origins. Thanks for sharing! |

Very nice Ricardo, and while I knew the story there were still some additions to my knowledge. I think what makes these (and your reviews) so great is that your writing style is so 'accessible' andeasy to read. As someone who (at least partially) writes for a living I know how difficult that can be at times. |
