Just wondering this since the watch is not affected by the 8pm-3am window.

Haven't tried (in my Navitimer 01), but I doubt it. Generally dates are setup to only wind forwards.

On my PAM320 the date is set by the jumping hour hand and can go forward or backward. Its not a true quickset per se , but it got me wondering about the B01.

Nope. Just forward it looks like. I have not tried to roll it backwards but when my AD was setting it up for me he rolled it forward and also confirmed it verbally.

No you can't RJ. Been to my AD today and asked him about it, among other things.

He also told me that even if the 01 is the exception to the 8-3 rule, as a watchmaker, and knowing the way the movement is made, in general, whether it is for the minutes wheel or the discs of the calendar, he prefers, during a quick date change, to avoid this zone, that he would call dangerous.

Also, referring to viewtopic.php?f=1&t=26223 topic, there is no info for a price increase for Breitling in Switzerland, at least until Baselworld. To the contrary, the Swatch Group announced a price hike for Breguet, Longines and Blancpain.
