I'm new to the B01 movement and was wondering if there is a way to tell that the watch is fully wound. For exapmpe, with ETA based movements you can hear a clicking sound when the watch is fully wound. I guess it's the safety mechanism to ensure the watch does not over wind. Is there something similar to listen for in the B)! movement?

It's impossible to overwind an automatic movement. You might feel more resistance, but it's really not that big a deal - you can wind it 100 times if you wish.

I wasn't aware of any clicking sound on ETA movements. Have I not been "over" winding mine?

A lot of people claim to here it, but I never have and there is no logical reason for any such sound.
