Ok guys, I'm thinking of trying to polish up my Superocean chrono using a Cape Cod cloth, however the bracelet (Professional) appears to have brushed steel centre links, considering this, would I be better off leaving well alone, also, would I be in danger of marking the crystal if I attempted to polish the watch case / bezel using the same Cape Cod cloths, your advice / comments would be much appreciated, Regards, The Soulman. |

Hi Full details here - well worth a look. http://breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewt ... t=cape+cod In my opinion - original is best, unless a custom piece. Anti reflective coating can be damaged with polishing. A dremmel with a polishing pad & jewellers rouge gives more control when polising - to avoid the satin centre links. Excellent results are easy with a combination of the cloths & the dremmel. |
