First, one of my favourite aspects of my Bentley GT remains the blue effect of the anti-reflective coating on the sapphire crystal. I’ve read before that Breitling is especially known for its first rate application of this optical treatment. Any thoughts? Secondly, anyone heard the rrp for the Chrono-Matic 49? I think a 49mm watch would be too much for me, but the initial images from Basel 08 look extremely cool! I’ve said before that one of the reasons I love the GT is its resemblance to a Chrono-Matic on roids – well, it appears Breitling has now produced one! I do wonder about the mesh bracelet though… I think I’ll stick to the GT. |
