Got together with my Mum and her husband today and she gave me a cool little Christmas surprise. She had written to Breitling Australia/ Oceania and told them about my affection for all things Breitling. She asked them if they had any sort of memorabilia about; old brochures etc. A really great guy named Nicholas Hooper sent her a Breitling backpack, a cap and a really lovely Breitling pen! Isn't that great? Apparently he was fantastic to deal with too; a lovely fella. Says great things for the brand. My Mum might almost be a convert! Thanks Breitling Oceania.

Great to hear of such great customer service! Breitling does seem to be a few steps ahead of the competition on this.
I also once wrote to a European Breitling distributor and they were very nice, answered all my questions and sent me some stuff. They know how to keep their fans/customers loyal.
I'm a bit of a nut for memorabilia as well. At my AD, the current exhibition case is reserved for me, once they get a new one from Breitling. They also send me their huge dealer catalogs, when they don't need them anymore. :)

Happy holidays to you & yours.

Regards,
David
