Post subject:  Considering buying Colt GMT in Old San Juan

Hi Friends, first time poster.

Headed to the Caribbean for the holidays and starting my trip in Old San Juan. Got my eye on a Colt GMT and was going to check out Bared & Sons.

A few questions if I may:
What may be a good price? Seems line the trusted online sellers have the watch for $2045 - $2096
What are the chances they have the blue face model in stock?
What about getting both a leather band and a rubber band for play/water time?
How onerous is it to change the band on the watch from leather to rubber and back again? Is this a rare activity or can it be done on a moment?

Thanks for any help.

1. 20% off retail from an AD is good. More is even better.
2. I have no idea.
3. Sounds like a good idea. Try to get them to throw a rubber strap in for free. If not, retail is USD$110.
4. Not very difficult if you buy the correct tool: a Bergeon 6767f or Bergeon 6111. Youre AD probably wont sell these so youll have to order it online.
