Hi guys

Do BUK have different rates of servicing cost depending on the condition of the watch???

Also does this aply to the cost of the refurb too or is it a set cost for the service and a set cost for the polish???

My Chronomat is in for a service estimate and I am expecting it to be a similar cost to my SA one last year but the SA was in better condition than my evo

what should I be expecting???

Cheers
John

If you go to http://www.breitling.com/en/index.php#/ ... ce/europe/ and chose United Kingdom there is a PDF with the prices and what is included. There is a mainteance service and a full service and different prices for quartz, mechanical, chronopraphs etc. There is a surcharge if the waches are gold or platinum. A polish is part of the full service.

In the service some parts are replaced as part of the service. If there are other parts that need replacing you will be given a cost for that and whether or not you want to go ahead.

If you have not watched the service videos it is worth watch as when you see what they do you realise why the price is what it is. http://www.breitling.com/service/ In a full service it is like you are getting a new watch back.

Hi mate thanks for the link. Just wanna ask if I go to the AD where I bought the watch do I expect the AD to charge a similar sort of fee as stated in the PDF file, or more? Cheers.

Standard cost unless you need to have damaged parts replaced (i.e. crystal, crown, internals).

Right, but what I meant was the same cost through an AD than directly to Breitling.

Only on a full service, not a basic one.
