I have been informed, that the old Navitimer (A23322..) will no longer be available. My general agent has none and will not get any more. I bought the last 3 he had on stock. Also the Datora will be discontinued. I doubt, that there will already be a replacement model with manufacture movement at the Basel fair, but who knows. The Navitimer World will still be available so far, and I have also ordered a few extras, as it will soon be the only real Navitimer available, until the new B01 will be delivered in the unlimited series. BG Alien That's interesting about the standard Navitimer. Seems to herald a move to in-house only in that area. (It'll also be great if they do produce a new variation of the Datora with an in-house movement..... but the again I wouldn't be surprised if they just canned it completely). It does make sense to discontinue the A23322 though as it forces people who want a classic Navitimer to buy the more expensive in-house model. That the standard Navi and the Navi 01 in the same space would harm Navi 01 sales IMO. |

Logical move for sure - the lack of visual distinction between in house and ETA models meant that it didn't make sense to keep both. Not particularly surprised by the Datora move either, it always seemed like a bit of an odd piece to me. I'm sure that we will soon see some variants on the standard B01, but not sure that the Datora style would be the first place to start. |

I agree, this makes sense to me since the look of the Navi 01 and standard Navi would be quite close. The navitimer is their 'flagship' line so the price increase with the in-house movement is a logical next step. The main thing that has kept me from purchasing the regular navi. is lack of quick set date so this will now remedy that excuse, although at a higher cost, but that's OK. The 01 Navitimer will continue the brand legacy for Breitling. It will be interesting to see what other new configurations/models the new 01/02/? movement will be incorporated in. |

It's potentially quite an exciting time to be a Breilting fan! (But we've said that before haven't we!) I'm really looking forward to seeing the non-LE Navi 01. Here's hoping for a white/silver dial version! ![]() |

Thanks for sharing this information. I am kinda lucky since I just ordered my standard Navi with a great discount, guess it might be one of the last ones made. How much does the Navi 01 go for? I am also looking forward to see the SOH 41-42mm size, could be really nice. Cheers! |

That is sort of a cool distinction to have in its own right ![]() Driver8 wrote: I'm really looking forward to seeing the non-LE Navi 01. Will it all be at once or will they stageer the releases like these? Also, really pumped to see a more average sized SOH. 38mm and 46mm are both fairly extreme. Although I am really happy I got past my size worries with the 46, it is a bit much for a lot of folks. |

Navi B01 is about $7,300 - head only. The non LE Navitimer / Montbrillant / Transocean B01s will likely be available soon after Basel and they generally come out at around the same time but some ADs / markets get new models a few weeks before others depending on market importance, orders placed by distributors / ADs, etc. |

Just received my first LE Transocean yesterday (#154). I did not really like it from the pictures as it does not have the typical Breitling looks, but in reality its a very nice watch. I think it will compete well with Jaeger or Zenith. Sorry no pics, as someone here seems to stupid to load the battery of the camera when its empty... BG Alien |
