Hello Peeps!

I have been driving certain forum individuals mad in some of my posts recently about which watch to choose. I have finally come to the long and hard decision of buying a Super Avenger White Baton Dial !! :D I can't wait to get a call from my Local Breitling dearler saying your BEAST has arrived :D

I just have a few questions to ask you all...

-Do you think the Super Avenger is OVERSIZED? >>> (I'm a 17 year old lad with 18cm wrists) Used to Breitling for Bentley However.
-Does it have wrist presence like the Breitling for Bentley Motors?
-Does the white dial make it appear larger?
and finally...
If any of you have wrist shots of the white baton dial SA I would appreciate you showing posting them here!!!!

Is the SA oversized? Well, I used to own a white dial SA (with arabics not batons) but now I only have a black dial SA (arabics again), so I am a fan of the SA. However, my honest answer is that nowadays I do find the SA to be a bit too impractical in terms of it's size, considering I wear a suit every day at work. So much so that I will be selling my SA. (This is just my personal opinion of course).

Does it have wrist presence like a Bentley? In many respects much more so....... if size is the only definition of presence. Let's put it this way - it's not a shy and retiring watch if that's what you're concerned about!

Yes, the white dial does make it looks slightly larger. It's an optical illusion that tends to occur on all watches with white dials, not just the SA.

Thanks!

I also wear a Suit to work I find even the Airwolf sticks out of my shirt a little, so maybe the SA will just totally restrict me from doing my cuff buttons!!

Do you find the SA to be comfortable? Also which watch are you considering to replace your beast!?

The SA w/ white baton dial is without a doubt the best looking iteration of the watch. That said, the white dial makes an already monstrous watch look even bigger.

I bought the exact same SA a few months back and just sold her a couple of days ago. For whatever reason I just stopped wearing it and it was collecting dust.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the watch.

Yeah the AD here had 3 - 2 with arabics and 1 batons - and commented they would be gone soon. I've never seen more than 1 in stock. Must be a Christmas thing :santa:

I just got the exact same watch a couple weeks ago. I love it. I do think the B4B has a little more "bling" than the SA, but the size and the white face of this SA make up for it. I have been able to get away with wearing the SA with a suit so far. However, I do have a french cuff shirt where the cuffs are too small. But so far I've opted to leave the shirt on the hanger instead of leaving the SA in the box. My question is, what does a 17 year old who wears suits on a daily basis and will soon have four Breitlings in his collection do for a living? Whatever it is you're doing, it seems like you're doing it right. Congrats on the new purchase Dino.

Hi Dino,

The answer I think is "yes" to all your questions and congratulations on the new purchase. Make sure you take a few pics for us once you get it.

Here is a link to a nice white SA with batons

Keep well!
