Post subject: | Chronomat Question |
It's time I added my watches to my home owner's insurance and they have some questions about a used Chronomat I bought a couple of months ago. Specifically I am trying to figure out which model of Chronomat it is and approxiamately how old it is. The reference number is B13050.1 which shows for Vitesse and GT, but I don't think it is either of these. There are no date codes on the lugs or on the bracelet. The bracelet is engraved "CHRONO/DUOGR near the lug where I find the model number on my Colt's and Navitimer's bracelets. It is also engrave 13696 on a link on each side which does not match the date code explanation I found in the FAQs. Here's some pictures. (I know, it needs a good polishing. It's going to BUSA in the spring.) Thanks for the help. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Mid 90's regular Chronomat. CHRONO/DUOGR indicates that the bracelet end links will fit a Chronomat or a Duograph. 13050 was a ref. number that applied to a few different styles of Chronomat (GT, Vitesse etc.). A = stainless steel, B = steel with gold rider tabs, D = steel with gold bezel, K = solid gold etc. |
