Hi All,

Just bought myself a pre owned Hercules, with all papers, box, 12 month warrenty and just serviced and Im very pleased with it.
Does anyone else have one of these beasts!
With the chronograph function, if you depress the 1 st (top ) button it starts the second hand, if you press again it stops the second hand and if you press the bottom button it resets the second hand, my question is
1. How do you reset the dial nearest the 9 oclock on the watch
2. How do you work the dial at the 6 oclock position?
Can anyone help?
If you own a Hercules what do you think of them!
Im just returning to Breitling from years of owning Rolex and IWC
Thanks
Daveo

I don't own a Herc, but if I remember rightly, the subdial at 9 is a 24 hour indicator, so you wouldn't "reset it" like you would on a normal chronograph.

The subdial at 6 is the primary chronograph dial and works like a clock face. i.e. with the chronograph running, the centre hand shows the elapsed seconds, and the subdial at 6 shows elapsed minutes and hours like a watch face. In other words, if you ran the chronograph for 1 hour 10 mins, the subdial at 6 would show ten past one. Make sense?
