I have noticed that some breitling models, the chronomat being one, has a breitling wings logo which is 'filled in' for the lack of a better explanation whereas others, the navitimer for example, wings logo is not filled in. Any reason or just design? It doesn't bother me or anything :) , just curious!

EDIT: I know, I have too much time on my hands :D

Some logos are hand painted on the dial - Skyland or Navitimer for example. Some have 18K white gold applied logos - Chronomat and Steelfish for instance.
