i have some scratches on my glass, i can feel them with my finger nail.. what should i do to fix it? see if it can be buffed out? or send to breitling? thanks.

If it's truly scratched sapphire then the only option is replacement - you can't buff sapphire, it's too hard. That said, it's very difficult to scratch sapphire in the first place short of taking a diamond to it, so it may only be scratches to the AR coating - though not sure that should be obvious with a fingernail test.

That again will need replacement if it goes to Breitling as they don't retreat, but it's possible that the coating can be completely removed so that the scratches disappear. Obviously that only leaves you with AR on the underside.

I thought I had a couple scratches too, could "feel" them with my finger nail. Turns our after a hard cleaing, it was gone - was just some surface deposit of some sort that mimicked the appearance of scratching and wasn't taken off by a light cleaning with a moist micro fiber cloth.

i live in the bay area of california, anyone recommend a good jeweler or should i only trust BUSA? i could probably get picks of it, id say it was a good scratch. but cant be for sure.

AS stated on Breitling's web site JD Watchworks in SF is an authorised maintenance centre.
