If you really want to open it, you can use a soft rubber ball to grip the caseback. There are loads of them on eBay for just this purpose, but in theory, any small soft rubber ball will do the job. Alternatively you can use tape wrapped around your hand with the sticky-side of the tape on the outside. Using either of these ways will let you open the caseback by hand and without any specific tool. However, I'd be very wary about removing the caseback of any expensive watch myself...... but it's your watch, so it's up to you. |

The only thing that might make it a little less effective on the Airwolf is the turbine caseback, but you should still be able to get enough purchase, but as i say, I'm not endorsing opening your watch up in any way! |

I have one of those balls and it really does work well. Opens the watch quite easily without the risk of scratching. I always try the ball first and only use a "traditional" opener if the caseback is just too tight for the ball. LL |
