Post subject:  Cockpit no more?

Breitling updated their site recently, and unless I'm missing something*, it appears the Cockpit line has been supplanted by the Galactic line. I actually like the Galactic dial better than the most recent Cockpit dial, but I don't know that I'm sold on the Buck Rogers numerals as being the only bezel option. I also wonder if the Chronomat will eventually be supplanted completely by the B01, at least in terms of styling, if not the movement itself. Ironically, the late Chronomat and Blackbird, which both seemed newfangled just a few years ago, now appear to be the most traditional models in the Windrider line.

*Does the website show every model currently in production, or does one have to refer to the current Chronolog for the full picture?

That was announced at Basel in March.

Well, don't I feel like a newb. Thanks for the info. I guess that makes this thread pretty much pointless. I've looked for a way to delete it, but I can't find one. If the mods want to take it out, I wouldn't be offended.

No worries - the only way you learn is to ask.
